Conducted a SOLD OUT Grilling class this morning at Smoke N Fire. GREAT to see all the people who signe dup for the class. It was lots of fun and loaded with grilling tips, techniques and prdocuts. Hope you alll had a great time. I appreciate everyone who shows up and I hope you now get in your back yard and take on a new experience on the grill.
Remember to create those Layers of Flavors and keep using your different heat zones for the different protiens to cook out there.
