This is going to be a fun class. Tonight we made Beef Stroganoff and Pan Seared & Roasted Pork Tenderloin with a Coffee/Cocoa rub. Homework was to take home a whole chicken and practiced butchering into quarters. They also made a Honey Bourbon Glaze and have to roast, Grill or pan roast the chicken using the glaze they made.
