New 2011 Jan & Feb Classes at MBQI & CCKC

Was just checking on the new classes coming up in the first two months of 2011. I am humbled by the amount of sign ups currently in Dec. Thank you all for the strong support and desire to want to learn how to cook, smoke or grill. To date the Couples Mardi Gras Brunch class (hands-on) is SOLD OUT. The NEW Pro Series More Cooking Fundamentals is over half sold out. My first smoking 101 class in Jan, is almost half sold already and the new grilling classes are filling well.

I look forward to some new friends and old friends returning to learn some new things.

I am always excited to see the classes filling and even more excited to get back to paying it forward and teaching each class.

I also want to share my excitement that my smoking book on amazon.com is selling at a record pace in Dec. 2010. It will be a record year for my on amazon.com and humble to see how well the book is doing.

I will be out at Smoke and Fire on Thursday night for the 810 (8 until 10 pm sale) for a local author book signing, hope you stop out and gets some great grilling gifts for your friends and family.
