ADDED NEW PICTURES TO LOOK AT

I have finally had some time with the BBQ season and teaching of classes slowly down now! I have added some pictures I think you will all enjoy seeing. Some are from the MBQI class at the American Royal and than I added some from the 2010 MBQi Smokefest in Overland park this past May. Check these out some nice crowds and we had a GREAT time.

One of the BIG hits was the Chocolate Covered Bacon, yes, I SAID bacon!

If you missed the MBQI Smokefest this past year come join us in 2011 in May for another fun time. IF you would like to be involved in the Smokefest just let me know!
