BACKYARD SMOKING & GRILLING

These past two weeks I have taken some time to do some Barbecuing in my backyard. Focusing on the NEW Kamado Joe Ceramic Cooker. I love this little cooker. easy to use, very efficient and turns out a nice product.

I did baby back ribs in the cooker using a low and High temperature method. Low for some smoke flavor and than high temperature for a quick cook. Great flavor, outstanding BBQ bark and wife says there were the best she tasting in my 30 years of smoking.

This week I did a 12# Turkey on the cooker, using a Turkey Cannon filled with Reisling Wine, Fresh Rosemary & Sage, with my Peppered Steak seasoning from my new cookbook. Simply BACKYARD BARBECUING.

Pictures of both the Turkey and Baby Back Ribs are now uploaded to my Site for your to see.

Turkey Cannons are available at Smoke N Fire Barbecue & Fireplace store. Also, can be found on the internet. I own two of them, they are get to use on your grill (gas or charcoal) in your smoker or oven. This is an outstanding tool for your backyard experience.

So to dat now, my Backyard Patio consist of the following items to do testing for classes and book research for developing new recipes;

Weber Kettle

Beefeater Gas Grill

Good-One Patio Smoker

Good-One 30/24 Smoker

Good-One 4' Trailer Smoker

Kamado Joe Ceramic Smoker

Looking to add a pellet Cooker this Spring.

Looking forward developing some new recipes for the upcoming 2011 Grilling classes, until than enjoy your BACKYARD BARBECUING!
