Last nights NEW Cooking Class: In the Kitchen with Chef Richard was a lot of FUN with LOTS of flavors. Night #1 consisted of hands cooking. Class learned to make the following recipes;
Shrimp Creole
Jambalaya
Blackened Filet Mignon (Proper Cooking Technique)
Bread & Butter Pudding (Double Boiler Sauce) Rum Custard Sauce, creme brulee topping.
Food was very good and made for a great evening of new friends and flavored foods.
