Final Dinner NIght at the Pro Series Class:

The Final night class did a OUTSTANDING cook tonight. They had 90 minutes to finish their 6 course platter buffet. I would have to say that they cook their **s off. Very nice job and the Pork Medallions with Organic Sweet Mustard Aioli was awesome.

Well done to the whole class and it was great to see your family and friends come for the Final Dinner. Now you are committed to the world of cooking, time to volunteer for some helping out in the classes.

Hope to see you all in the some of the future classes at the CCKC.

Eating dinner last for one meal, cooking and sharing with friends last forever!

Good Eating to you all! Pics will be up in a moment.
